It’s been such a joy watching the night life community grow and seeing where everyone is listening from –over 40 states across the US and 24 countries worldwide. With the recent planetary parade, I’m reminded that we are all exploring the same “night life” together – the amazing gift of dreams and the revelation God is releasing to us in our sleep while we are quiet, at rest and most receptive to him.

I’m excited to share my interview with Randal Cutter with you. Randal is the founding pastor of New Dawn Community Church in Coral Springs, Florida, and over the years he has become known as a dynamic teacher who combines a theologian’s understanding of Scripture with a pastor’s heart to help people apply God’s Word in their everyday lives. He has studied Greek and Hebrew extensively, served as a professor of Greek and has ministered around the world training and equipping people in their gifts and calling.

One of the unique areas of Randal’s ministry is dream interpretation. His church has an active dream interpretation ministry, monthly meetings for people to come and process their dreams and he has also engaged in dream interpretation outside the church, which I was so excited to hear about! Randal himself has an amazing history of dreaming, having experienced healing from high blood pressure through a dream, and his church even received a series of dreams identifying Hurricane Irene before it arrived, which he recounts in his book Whatever You Bind on Earth: Authority Over Hurricanes.

036 warning dreams

It's amazing to consider how we all have been gifted by our Creator with a vast array of natural and spiritual senses that alert us to danger. Have you ever been stopped in your tracks by a smell, sound, sight, thought or feeling that thrust you into an instant state of alertness?

God in His goodness is always calling us into closer relationship with Him, so that He can lead us through this life by His truth, wisdom, goodness and love. Jesus said in John 16 that in this world we will have tribulation; but to be of good cheer because He has overcome the world. Warnings are one powerful way God’s Spirit is at work in our lives, either to steer us away from or lead us in triumph through hardships.

Have you ever had a dream that warned you or gave you an uneasy sense about a person or situation? About half of the dreams mentioned in the Bible were warning dreams, and this is a common category of dream I have myself and hear about from others. I’m excited to hear from several dreamers today who have received warnings through dreams.
